Employee events

We enjoy celebrating our successes together! For our teams, events such as the Christmas party or the annual ski weekend, with several hundred participants from all locations in Germany, are a good opportunity to get to know each other better. Especially for our new colleagues, our numerous employee events are a perfect opportunity to meet the new team members away from the office and from a more private side.

Company pension

Rödl & Partner offers all colleagues the opportunity to provide for their retirement within the framework of a company pension scheme at attractive conditions. In this way we want to ensure that our employees are financially secure in their well-deserved retirement.

Supporting professional exams and further education

We offer generous support in obtaining the relevant professional qualifications in our industry: Through our funding guidelines, we create uniformity and transparency in financial support and time off. There are numerous possibilities for individual arrangement of the time off in order to enable each exam candidate to prepare for the tax consultant or auditor exam in the best possible way. In addition to the professional exams, we also support many other (in-service) qualifications and further training courses.

Health and sports offerings

Social commitment

As an internationally operating company, we bear great responsibility – in our function as attorneys, tax advisers, management and IT consultants and auditors as well as in our role as a stakeholder within society. We accept this responsibility and are committed nationally and internationally to concrete one-off and long-term aid projects. The Rödl Employee Fund for Children's Aid, which was set up on the initiative of our employees, is particularly close to our hearts.
