Employee mobility

Especially in the area of mobility, a rethink is needed, since significant emission savings are possible. We as a company would like to lead the way and help shape this rethinking.
 
For less carbon dioxide and more clean air, our employees receive a BahnCard 50, which not only encourages them to take the train for business trips, but also promotes the idea of leaving their cars at home more often. The travel guidelines advise employees to choose the most climate-friendly option.
 
By using modern video conferencing technology, we are able to reduce the number of business trips and thus avoid emissions. In addition, the use of modern communication platforms with cloud-based filing systems is the basis for flexible and mobile working.
 
In line with our credo of making the working world greener, especially in everyday life, we also offer – if possible – company tickets for public transport. For this purpose we conduct mobility surveys among our employees in order to act according to their needs. The results serve as a basis for future decisions and also gave the impetus to offer company bikes. This is possible since spring 2020: whether bicycle, e-bike, road bike or mountain bike - Rödl & Partner employees can easily and cost-effectively switch to a company bike.
