We are very happy to have had the opportunity to participate last weekend in the “Cross Figaro NordicTrack”, the opening event of the Téléthon 2021. Thanks to the dynamism of our team of runners from Rödl & Partner France, we were able to support a good cause, as part of the entry fee will be donated directly to the Téléthon in its fight against rare diseases.

Over 5, 10 and 20 km, our team ran excellent times despite the rain, wind and mud. Around 8,000 runners took part in the 49th edition at the weekend in the Parc de Saint-Cloud, at the gates of Paris and with a catching view of the Eiffel Tower. The atmosphere was fantastic despite difficult weather conditions, huge congratulations to all participants and our team from Rödl und Partner France!

The Téléthon is a French institution, a charity event organised since 1987 to fund research projects dealing with neuromuscular genetic diseases, but also with other rare genetic diseases. It is run with the help of French television, which broadcasts a television marathon (“téléthon”) for this good cause every year on the first weekend in December. This event is considered one of the largest popular fundraising events in the world.
