Rödl Employee Fund for Children’s Aid: Disastrous flood in Erftstadt in July 2021

In July of 2021 a disastrous flood affected the Rhine-Erft district and the Ahr valley, among other places in Germany; this was a natural catastrophe priorly unimaginable on such a scale. There were deaths in the disaster; many survivors have lost all their possessions – and now they are concerned about their future and do not know how to move on.

Founded in 1994 on the initiative of our employees, it is our concern to provide fast and unbureaucratic support to people, especially children, in emergency situations. We do not make anonymous donations, but personally take care from the very first minute – our employees are project mentors on site.
